These terms apply to hoxylabs.com and to purchases of our software or digital products that expressly refer to these terms. By using the website or making an applicable purchase, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

04Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel using the account or billing link provided with the product or receipt, or contact support@hoxylabs.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the product terms state otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions; our Refund Policy explains refund requests.

For purchases through an app store or another reseller, use the billing and cancellation options provided by that seller.

05Refunds and purchase problems

Our Refund Policy explains which purchases it covers, how to request a refund, and how payment-provider rules may apply. Contact support@hoxylabs.com if you cannot access a purchased product, were charged incorrectly, or believe a product does not match its description.

Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
